Nicole Anderson is a distinguished East Texas real estate broker and the founder of Anderson Elite Realty. A lifelong resident of East Texas, Nicole offers an unparalleled depth of local knowledge, with a specialized focus on Lake Cypress Springs, where she was raised and has built one of the most dominant market presences in the region.
A graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University, where she earned Magna Cum Laude honors, Nicole began her real estate career with a commitment to excellence that continues to define her work today. With approximately $150 million in closed sales volume in the past five years, Nicole is a top-producing agent year after year. In 2025, she was involved in approximately 50% of all transactions on Lake Cypress Springs (according to local MLS data), and according to LAAR MLS data, ranked #1 in residential sales among roughly 1,500 agents in the East Texas region. Outside of real estate, Nicole enjoys spending time with her daughter, Kinley, who is active in basketball, volleyball, and golf. When she’s not working, you’ll often find her at Lake Cypress Springs or traveling to different coastal destinations.
